Enter your job site address
Start with any address where you recently completed a job — or anywhere you want to target. PostDragon looks up every owner-occupied residential home within your chosen radius and builds your mailing list automatically. No spreadsheets, no list brokers, no manual work.
We filter out renters, businesses, apartments, and vacant properties. The homes you mail are owner-occupied single-family residences — the only addresses that can become your customers for most home service categories.
Choose your quantity and filters
Pick how many homes you want to reach. Most contractors start with 300–500 pieces to test response before scaling. You can also apply optional property filters to narrow to homes with specific characteristics.
Available filters include: homes with pools, homes with garages, homes with fireplaces, and large-lot properties. Filters reduce your total audience but improve your hit rate for trade-specific services.
Upload or choose a design
PostDragon includes professionally designed templates for common home service trades. Select one, enter your business name, phone number, and offer, and you're done. Or upload your own artwork if you have an existing design.
Postcards are available in two sizes: 6" × 4.25" (standard) and 6" × 8.5" (oversized). The oversized format gives you more room for photos, offers, and service details. Both print in full color on heavy card stock.
We print and deliver
Once your order is placed and design approved, we handle everything: full-color printing, USPS postage, and delivery to every address on your list. You get status updates as your order moves through production.
Campaigns typically reach mailboxes within 7–10 business days of order completion. You'll receive a notification when your mail is in production and again when it's been delivered to USPS.
