Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or placing an order with PostDragon (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

PostDragon provides a direct mail platform that allows businesses to send printed mailpieces to residential addresses near a specified job site. We coordinate printing, postage, and USPS delivery on your behalf.

3. Payment

• All orders are paid in full at the time of checkout via Stripe.
• Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and include printing and postage.
• You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the full order amount.
• All sales are final once your order enters production. See Section 5 for refund policy.

4. Order Process & Delivery Timelines

• After payment, your order will be reviewed within 1 business day.
• A design proof will be sent to your email within 2 business days.
• Mailers are typically delivered by USPS within 5–10 business days after proof approval.
• Delivery timelines are estimates only. PostDragon is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or circumstances outside our control.
• Actual delivery counts may vary slightly due to USPS address list updates.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Before proof approval: You may request a cancellation and full refund by emailing [email protected] before approving your design proof.
• After proof approval: Orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
• If we are unable to fulfill your order due to an error on our part, we will issue a full refund.

6. Your Content & Compliance

• You are solely responsible for the content of your mailers, including all text, images, and claims.
• You represent that you have the rights to any designs or images you submit.
• You agree not to send mailings that are unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law, including but not limited to consumer protection and advertising laws.
• PostDragon reserves the right to reject any order whose content we deem inappropriate or illegal.

7. Address Data

Mailing addresses provided by PostDragon are sourced from publicly available datasets and are intended for legitimate direct mail purposes only. You agree not to use address data obtained through PostDragon for any purpose other than the direct mail campaign for which it was provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostDragon and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific marketing results, response rates, or return on investment from your direct mail campaigns.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
